I specifically ordered the Alpine R-W12D4 but received the R2-W12D4. This was not my intended purchase, as I already possess an R-W12D4, and your company had advertised the availability of the desired model. The representative indicated that he believed I would be pleased with the newer version. NO! If the R-W12D4 was unavailable, an email notification would have been appreciated. The representative appeared frustrated, but my own frustration was more significant. This situation necessitated the purchase of an additional R2-W12D4 to ensure compatibility, incurring an unforeseen expense. Furthermore, the R2-W12D4 is readily available and more affordably priced through local retailers.

They also helped cover a portion of the expedited shipping cost due to an arrival delay, even though the delay was not their fault.All of this in addition to being the lowest cost on the internet for the cameras.
Alpine speakers are in perfect condition. Package arrived a day or two late but came with extra wrapping and padding to protect it during shipping which is appreciated
