🛠️ Warranty Coverage

At Audio Jam, we proudly offer a 1-year full warranty on all new items we sell (unless stated otherwise in the product listing).
We also include a 1-year labor warranty on all installation services performed by our team.

Warranty Is Void If:

  • The product has a missing, damaged, or altered serial number.
  • There is visible physical damage or misuse (e.g., burned speaker coils).

🔄 Return Policy Overview

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here's what you need to know:

  • Returns for refund: Within 30 days of receipt.
  • Returns for replacement: Also within 30 days.
  • All returns require an RMA number issued by our support team.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all included materials.

📦 Return Instructions

  1. Contact us to request an RMA.
  2. Repack items with original box, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Use a trusted shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS).
  4. Ship to the return address provided with your RMA.

💡 We recommend saving tracking info and insuring your package.


💰 Refunds

  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 days of inspection.
  • Used or installed products are not eligible for a refund.

🔁 Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and unopened.
  • You may exchange for an item of equal or greater value (paying the difference).
  • Provide proof of professional installation for defect-based exchanges.
  • You pay for return shipping; we pay to ship the new item to you.

🛠️ Warranty Returns

If your product qualifies under our 1-year warranty:

  • Contact us for an RMA.
  • Ship the defective item to us (you cover shipping).
  • We’ll inspect and send a free replacement (we cover shipping back to you).

⚠️ Important Policies for Specific Products

Damaged Items (Non-TV/Appliance)

  • Report within 1 business day.
  • Exchange is available upon inspection.

Damaged TVs & Appliances

  • Must be refused at delivery.
  • A free replacement will be shipped immediately.

Large Items (TVs 32”+, furniture, oversized gear)

  • Must be inspected upon delivery and signed by an adult.
  • Once signed, you're responsible for the condition.

Return Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items not purchased from AudioJamOnline.com
  • Installed or tampered car audio components
  • Items missing original packaging, UPCs, or accessories
  • Physically damaged merchandise

Items returned that violate these rules will be sent back at your cost.


🔄 Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Defective on arrival (DOA) items must be reported within 72 hours.
  • Incorrect items? Contact us immediately — we’ll pay for return shipping and send the right item.

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping except when:

  1. The item is defective.
  2. The item arrives damaged (must be verified by carrier).
  3. You received the wrong item.

In these cases, we cover both return and replacement shipping.
