iDatalink HRN-HRR-CH2 + ADS-MRR
Connect a new car stereo and retain steering wheel audio controls and factory amp in select 2004-10 Chrysler-made vehicles
iDatalink meets Chrysler
iDatalink's HRN-HRR-CH2 interface harness allows you to connect a new car stereo in select 2004-10 Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep vehicles, working in conjunction with iDatalink's Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module. Once the new car stereo is connected, you'll retain the use of your steering wheel audio controls and your factory amp in these vehicles. If you're installing an iDatalink-ready car stereo, you'll also retain your fader control.
The package includes connectors that plug in between the Maestro module, your Chrysler radio's wiring plugs, and your new car stereo. You'll have to solder or splice together this harness's power/ground, illumination, speaker, and navigation output wires to the corresponding wires on your aftermarket receiver's wiring harness.
An iDatalink-ready car stereo takes full advantage of this harness
If you're buying a compatible iDatalink-ready car stereo, you'll enjoy the outstanding performance of your receiver, plus seamless touchscreen control over most of the factory features in select Chrysler-built vehicles. You'll also appreciate the additional features added by the adapter, including the ability to view performance gauges and vehicle information on the screen with select iDatalink-ready receivers. the module also supplies the outputs (parking brake, reverse, speed sense) you'll need to install a navigation receiver.
Plug directly into your new stereo
This harness also features an in-line head-unit connector harness, which will plug into their new "Head-unit direct" harnesses for select radio brands, which eliminate the need to splice any wires. If you're installing a radio that doesn't work with a "Head-unit direct" harness, you simply cut off the plug and connect the wires to the harness included with your new radio.
Installation note: The HRN-HRR-CH2 harness must be used with the iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR or ADS-MRR2 module to connect a new car stereo to your Chrysler-made vehicle.

iDatalink Maestro RR Interface Module
Connect a new stereo and retain the steering wheel audio controls and factory amps in select 2006-up vehicles
iDatalink's Maestro ADS-MRR module, along with the correct interface harness for your vehicle, allows you to install a new car stereo in select 2006-up Ford/Lincoln/Mercury, GM, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM, Toyota/Scion, Honda/Acura, Fiat, Subaru, Volkswagen/Audi, and other vehicles while retaining your factory steering wheel audio controls and the use of your factory amplifier, if present.
Here's how it works
First, you connect the Maestro to your computer using the included USB cable, visit www.idatalink.com/maestro, and follow the instructions. Once the unit has been "flashed," it's ready to go. Next, you'll either solder or crimp the vehicle-specific Maestro harness (sold separately) to your new receiver's wiring, just like you would with any Crutchfield wiring harness or wiring adapter.
Important Note: You will also need an additional Maestro vehicle-specific wiring harness that connects your new receiver to the ADS-MRR module and your vehicle's wiring. We will automatically add this harness to your Cart at a discounted price when you purchase a new car stereo and this ADS-MRR module.
Retain steering wheel audio controls, too
The ADS-MRR module also allows you to use your factory steering wheel audio controls with your new receiver. Using the intuitive web programming interface, each factory button can be assigned a specific radio function. Better yet, you can also assign a secondary "press and hold" radio function to each factory button, effectively doubling what can be controlled.
