I specifically ordered the Alpine R-W12D4 but received the R2-W12D4. This was not my intended purchase, as I already possess an R-W12D4, and your company had advertised the availability of the desired model. The representative indicated that he believed I would be pleased with the newer version. NO! If the R-W12D4 was unavailable, an email notification would have been appreciated. The representative appeared frustrated, but my own frustration was more significant. This situation necessitated the purchase of an additional R2-W12D4 to ensure compatibility, incurring an unforeseen expense. Furthermore, the R2-W12D4 is readily available and more affordably priced through local retailers.
